Yeah, that's me.
You're probably wondering how I got here...

I'm a marketer-turned-music therapist. I've been employee #5 at a startup, worked at marketing agencies, private therapy practices, and community clinics.

​

After years in startup marketing, I burned out. I was searching for my "why" again. And I found it. And became an MT-BC (which stands for music-therapist, board-certified ðŸ¤“).

​

I'm on a mission to help folks improve their mental health through music.

My goal is to help business leaders, and their employees, and people as a whole to use music intentionally to reduce stress and prevent and address burnout through music therapy principles.
